					<description>Two seconds after submitting my first comment, I thought of another example. Several months ago I read an article where Microsoft business group president Jeff Raikes says that if you are going to steal software, steal it from us. He goes on to say "We understand that in the long run the fundamental asset is the installed base of people who are using our products."

					<description>I think that one of the best "trade secrets" is the willingness to do what you commit to do, at the time you've agreed to do it. It's amazing how much business our company gets from people who are just glad to get their work on time, for a change!</description>
