					<description>This is a great post.  I especially like the points you made about active vs. passive voice. I'll certainly be taking that into consideration when I write my web content from now on. It's also interesting to think back on infomercials and consider how much of the presentation is about the product and how much is why we should believe the product will actually work as advertised.</description>
